Our prices are in Australian Dollars, however we work with clients worldwide. You can convert prices here.
We use the initial deposit to secure your place in our calendar, and dedicate a block of time for your project – this is so you can get the 1:1 experience that you deserve for your project!
Because of this, and because spots in our calendar are limited, we are unable to refund your initial deposit should you wish to cancel at any time. We will of course supply you with any works complete up to that point.
Website hosting is a type of service that makes your website accessible via the World Wide Web (www).
As we develop mainly with the free, open-source, WordPress.org not to be confused with the self-hosted WordPress.com) you must host your website for it to be accessible to others online – we recommend you use our preferred host.
If we build your website using Squarespace, your hosting will be included in the platform costs.
We can do this for you as an add-on for you website project, we recommend using Siteground for hosting, just let us know if you would like us to set things up for you!
We offer maintenance plans as an ongoing monthly charge if you would like us to look after your website once we go-live – we will look after your back-ups, plugin and wordpress updates.
Think of maintaining a website as you would a service for your car – you wouldn’t go without one and risk things going wrong – it’s important to keep on top of updates, security and backups. We can discuss these options once your web project has been scoped.
We are not copywriters, however can make recommendations of our preferred partners for you to work with.
If you wish to write your own copy, or want guidance for your copywriter – we provide website content planning resources in our Client Area and Resource Centre, which will be accessible to you upon starting a project with us.
We are based in Melbourne, Australia – however as our business is based online we have the capacity to work with clients all over the world – we can communicate via email and Zoom/Skype.
Though it is dependent on content delivery, our general timeline for branding is 4 weeks, and websites 4-10 weeks – depending on the package purchased.

We include a number of rounds of refinements in both our branding and web projects – if for some reason you wish for more, they can be charged at our hourly rate.
We are not a printer, however we can make recommendations on who to go with – and provide you with all the information you need to supply your printer.
You will receive detailed guidelines on how to use your new logo across a variety of applications – you will also get detailed colours, various logo version and how/when to use them, fonts, logo dos/don’ts and minimum sizes.
