Ok, let’s break this down - we see a lot of DIY

Ok, let’s break this down - we see a lot of DIY websites out there, and we get it. But with these, we often see mistakes being made!

Let’s chat about some of those common (but fixable!) mistakes 👇🏼

Alignment and spacing issues - you know when you jump on a site and everything is bunched together, or there are inconsistent margins - it just doesn’t look professional, right? Making sure everything is consistent and there is an appropriate amount of white space will level you up!

Website Policies - Look, I doubt anyone’s reads these, but you still gotta have them. Most people aren’t aware of what’s needed here. Have a contact form or email sign up? Then yeah, you need a privacy policy!

No CTAs - make these count, people need to be told what to do next!

Mobile Optimisation - It’s 2024 and we’re still seeing unoptimised websites pop up (and most people are viewing your site from a mobile device at some point!) so speed it up; and make sure its mobile friendly!

Image Issues - pixelated images (have you ever looked at your site on a widescreen monitor?) and worse, random images clearly taken from page 5 of Google, or with watermarks are not it!

So if the above mistakes have hit a nerve, don’t stress - they are all too common (but should be fixed!) 👩🏼‍💻

Recent website launch for Perth Physio Collective (we also developed the branding!)🔥

We we able to integrate some pretty cool custom coded elements in the hero section of the site, as well as building out our own custom Elementor widget that has been used throughout the site 😏

As well as looking good, using subtle animations and interactions within a website can really improve the usability, time spent on a page, and increase engagement! 👏🏼
